There are times when the princess pug is just so adorably, wonderfully sweet looking that I just want to gobble her up. This is one of those times. Isn’t she beautiful? Don’t you just want to hug her? But – bwahaha – you cannot have her, she is all mine. :)

You’ll never get a bigger smile out of the princess than just after a rousing game of fetch. The naysayers like to call it “just panting”, but I know better – it’s all in the eyes. My girl’s having the time of her life. :)

The pug princess is a master at fetch – that darn dog loves fetch almost more than she loves her mommy! (Though, fetch WITH her Mommy is the best of all possible worlds. *smile*)

Because the princess is so very, very spoiled, she recently got a new green ball for outdoor play. As you can see, she’s quite excited about the whole thing. :)

Sometime around the age of three, the princess developed a howl. (I’m convinced her Grandpa taught her, but I can’t find any proof.) She doesn’t howl often, usually only at people, and usually only when they’re holding a ball and not throwing it yet. :) It’s the funniest darned thing you’ll ever hear, and the way she puckers up her little face to do it just caps the experience. What a little goofball. :)

And just like a summer sequel, the hungry little pug is back with an enormous lick. I’d love to know what’s in these treats, Mom – puggy catnip?

Merry’s Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit last week and brought, of course, an entirely huge box of home baked treats for the princess. (Is it any wonder why she loves them so much?) She’s absolutely spastic for these treats, and will climb your leg quite greedily to get at them.

Playing indoors happens a lot more often in the stinky sticky days of summer. Here, the princess plays with a tiny ball given to her by her friend Megan and Megan’s cute trio of pugs. And, of course, she must do so looking fabulous – hence the rhinestone collar from Le Prissy Pets.

Oh, yes, the famous closet. Filled to the brim with Merry’s wardrobe, it takes up an entire human sized closet. Now that we have such a selection established, I’m hoping to find the time to actually shoot more of these outfits and provide them to all of you in different ways. It’s on the list of things to do, folks… it’s just a big list. :)
